These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DotFlow ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the DotFlow mobile application and associated online services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing DotFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the application.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute DotFlow strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on DotFlow.
Use automated scripts, bots, cheats, or unauthorized hacks to alter gameplay or progression.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the application to third parties.

3. Free Gameplay and Hints

DotFlow version 1.0.0 is free to play, with unlimited free hints. This version contains no advertisements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Game progress and stars have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

4. Local Progress

No account or sign-in is required. Progress and settings are stored on your device, with no cloud synchronization. Resetting progress or deleting the app removes local game data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to DotFlow—including but not limited to source code, algorithms, game design, visual graphics, sound effects, audio tracks, and branding—are owned exclusively by DotFlow and protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DotFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, DotFlow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the game.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of DotFlow after such changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
